The Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment shall guide the corresponding contents in Clause 15, Article 2 (guidance on brand valuation, including historical and cultural value in the starting price for capital transfer. ) and in Clause 15 Article 1 (detailing content of land use plan upon equitization) of Decree 140 urgently; report to the Prime Minister on the results of implementation in January 2021.
