[EVENT] - Indochina Holdings enjoys the Cambodian Consulate on Chol Chnam Thmay Festival

Indochina Holdings, in collaboration with the Cambodian Consulate, organized the traditional Tet holiday.

On Sunday, April 10, 2022, the Consulate General of Cambodia held the traditional Tet holiday. With the participation of many guests, sponsoring businesses and more specifically Indochina Holdings accompanying and organizing the event.

Mr. Sok Dareth, Consul General of the Kingdom of Cambodia in Ho Chi Minh City, expressed his delight at the interest of Vietnamese leaders at all levels from the central to local levels for the traditional Cambodian New Year, and affirmed that cambodia’s development cannot be separated from the support and dedicated help, effectiveness of the Party, Ministries, and people of Vietnam.

Mr. Sok Dareth pledged that the Consulate General of Cambodia in Ho Chi Minh City will make every effort to promote the achievements, do well as serve as a bridge between Cambodia and Ho Chi Minh City and localities of Vietnam, contributing to bringing the relationship "good neighbor, traditional friendship, comprehensive, long-term sustainable cooperation" between Cambodia and Vietnam is growing.

After Mr. Sok Dareth’s speech, Mr. Tran Phuoc Anh – Director of Ho Chi Minh City Department of Foreign Affairs also sent his best wishes to the Consulate General of Cambodia and Cambodian students living and studying in Ho Chi Minh City; affirming the importance of the friendly relationship between the two countries, including the relationship between Ho Chi Minh City and localities of Cambodia, is becoming more and more practical and effective. The city and the Consulate General of Cambodia will have a lot of activities this year to reach the 55th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Cambodia (1967 - 2022).

The Cambodian New Year event took place well in a joyful atmosphere, warm solidarity with incense lighting ceremonies, performing arts with traditional musical instruments, fashion performances of Cambodian costumes through the ages, and what is especially indispensable is the intimate party to connect businesses.
