The main export market is still Asia (Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, South Korea, Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Myanmar, Qatar, Indonesia, India, Indonesia, European countries (Germany, Ha Noi) Lan, Russia, Spain); United Arab Emirates – UAE); Americas (Canada, USA), Oceania (Australia, New Zealand).

About 70-80% of the dragon fruit output of Binh Thuan province is consumed in the form of small-scale export. Mainly purchased and transported by businesses, establishments, and business households to the northern border gates such as Kim Thanh (Lao Cai) - Ha Khau (Van Nam, China), Tan Thanh (Lang Son) - Po Chai (Guangxi, China), Mong Cai (Quang Ninh) - Dong Hung (Guangxi, China), Thanh Thuy (Ha Giang) - Thien Bao (Yunnan, China); for consumption through the Chinese market.

According to the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Binh Thuan province, currently, cooperatives (cooperatives) producing and consuming dragon fruit are gradually looking to the market to solve a part of the product.

Specifically, the Thuan Tien dragon fruit cooperative has stable links with domestic enterprises that consume 100 tons of dragon fruit in Europe per year with a stable average price of about 26,000 VND/kg.

Hoa Le clean dragon fruit cooperative is also associated with Vinh Cuu Green Co., Ltd. to export goods to the US market with an output of 120 tons/month; cooperated with Giasaka Japan Co., Ltd. to export goods to the Japanese market with an output of about 30 tons/month.

In addition to consuming fresh products, businesses now process other products from dragon fruit. Specifically, dried dragon fruit, wine, juice, syrup, and candy, ... are mostly consumed domestically with a processing capacity of about 182,000 tons/year, accounting for about 26% of total output.

To find a stable output for dragon fruit, Binh Thuan province has proposed to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, and relevant ministries and agencies to promptly update new information related to regulations and policies. Imports from China also have a chance with the goods inspection mechanism so that enterprises can quickly grasp the initiative and have plans for production and business activities.
